Dozens of Germany’s motorway bridges in poor condition, experts warn

Following the collapse of the Carola Bridge in Dresden, experts say a number of other motorway bridges across the country present a risk. Western Germany in particular has a high number of bridges in ‘unsatisfactory’ condition.
